Terms of use

These Terms of Use govern access to findivclinics.com and the Find IV Clinics directory, accounts, listings, enquiries, subscriptions, and related services. By using the site, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Directory service

Find IV Clinics is an independent directory and advertising platform. We do not provide medical care and do not employ or control listed businesses. Directory information may be submitted by businesses or users or obtained from public or licensed sources. You must independently confirm information before relying on it.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account. You may not impersonate another person or business, create accounts for unlawful purposes, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or another account.

Listing claims and business content

You may claim or manage a listing only if you own the business or are authorized to act for it. We may request verification, approve or reject a claim, limit editing, correct records, or revoke access when reasonably necessary. You are responsible for ensuring that submitted business information, advertising claims, prices, services, images, and contact details are accurate, lawful, and do not infringe another party's rights.

By submitting content, you confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use it and grant Find IV Clinics a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and distribute it as needed to operate and promote the directory. You retain your ownership rights.

Listings, badges, and paid placement

A listing does not imply endorsement, affiliation, clinical approval, accreditation, or a guarantee. Premium, featured, promoted, claimed, or verified labels describe directory features or review status only. They do not replace professional licensing checks or establish clinical quality, safety, or suitability.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans provide the features shown at purchase. Prices, billing intervals, renewal terms, and cancellation options are displayed before payment. Payments may be processed by PayPal or another third-party provider under that provider's terms and privacy policy. Taxes may apply. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, fees already charged are non-refundable. Cancelling stops future renewal and does not automatically remove a listing. We may change future pricing or plan features with reasonable notice where required.

Enquiries and transactions with businesses

If you submit an enquiry through a clinic profile, you authorize us to deliver the information to the selected business so it can respond. Any appointment, consultation, purchase, treatment, refund, dispute, or other transaction is between you and that independent business. Find IV Clinics is not a party to those transactions.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

  • Break the law, mislead users, impersonate a person or business, or submit false ownership claims.
  • Publish unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or malicious content.
  • Send spam, harvest personal information, or misuse enquiries or contact details.
  • Scrape, copy, republish, resell, or create a competing database from substantial portions of the directory without written permission.
  • Interfere with security, bypass access controls, introduce malware, overload the service, or test vulnerabilities without written authorization.
  • Manipulate rankings, reviews, analytics, leads, payments, or subscription status.

Corrections, removals, and enforcement

Business owners and authorized representatives may request corrections or removal review through the correction form. Include the listing URL, requested change, and your authority. We may ask for verification. We may edit, suspend, restrict, or remove accounts, listings, or content that violate these terms, create legal or security risk, or are reasonably disputed. We may preserve records when needed for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

Intellectual property

The Find IV Clinics name, website design, software, original text, and other original site material are owned by or licensed to Find IV Clinics. Third-party business names, logos, photographs, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed for identification and directory purposes. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact info@findivclinics.com with the page URL, the work or right at issue, your contact information, and a good-faith explanation of the requested action.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that listings, content, search results, leads, or third-party services will be complete, accurate, current, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. Review the separate Medical Disclaimer before using health-related information.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Find IV Clinics and its operators, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities; or claims arising from a listed business, user content, third-party service, or reliance on directory information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Find IV Clinics from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from content you submit, your business or services, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of another party's rights.

Changes and availability

We may update the service and these terms. Revised terms will be posted with a new effective date, and material changes may be communicated through the site or account email where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms. We may suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

Governing requirements

These terms apply subject to mandatory consumer-protection and other laws that cannot be waived. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
