Find IV Clinics

Privacy policy

Effective date: October 15, 2026

Find IV Clinics ("Find IV Clinics," "we," "us," or "our") operates an independent online directory that helps visitors discover and compare businesses that advertise IV therapy and related wellness services. This Privacy Policy explains the information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you when you use findivclinics.com, create an account, claim or submit a listing, contact us, or send an enquiry through a clinic profile.

Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Account information, such as your name, email address, password hash, account role, and sign-in preferences.
  • Business and listing information, such as a clinic name, address, phone number, website, service descriptions, opening hours, photographs, logos, social links, and ownership or authorization details.
  • Claim and verification information you provide to show that you are authorized to manage a listing.
  • Enquiry and support information, including your contact details, subject, message, and the clinic or listing connected with your request.
  • Subscription information, such as the selected plan, subscription status, transaction identifiers, and billing history. Payment card or PayPal credentials are collected and processed by the payment provider and are not stored by Find IV Clinics.
  • Content you submit, including listing edits, images, FAQs, blog content, reviews or other material if those features are available.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, we and our service providers may collect IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, links clicked, session identifiers, timestamps, engagement information, and security or error logs. We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, security, preferences, analytics, and site performance.

Business listing information

Directory listings may include information submitted by businesses or users, information made publicly available by a business, and information obtained from public or licensed sources. Business contact information is generally used to identify and describe the business. If a listing includes personal information or is inaccurate, you may request a correction or removal as described below.

How we use information

  • Operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the directory.
  • Create and manage accounts, listing claims, subscriptions, and business profiles.
  • Display listings and help visitors search by service and location.
  • Deliver enquiries to the clinic selected by the visitor and allow eligible listing managers to view relevant profile leads.
  • Process payments and maintain subscription and transaction records.
  • Respond to support, correction, privacy, ownership, and removal requests.
  • Measure traffic, referrals, engagement, and performance; prevent fraud, abuse, spam, and unauthorized access.
  • Send service messages and, where permitted, marketing communications that you can opt out of.
  • Comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect users, businesses, the public, and our rights.

How we share information

We may share information in the following circumstances:

  • With a selected clinic: when you submit an enquiry through a clinic profile, we may provide the contact and message information needed for that clinic to respond.
  • With service providers: hosting, email, analytics, security, support, storage, and payment providers may process information for us under their own contracts and privacy terms.
  • For payments: PayPal or another enabled payment provider receives the information needed to complete and manage a purchase or subscription.
  • For legal and safety reasons: we may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or valid government requests; enforce agreements; investigate fraud or abuse; or protect rights, safety, and security.
  • Business transfers: information may be transferred as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.
  • With your direction or consent: we may share information when you ask or authorize us to do so.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not currently use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide any choices required by law.

Analytics, cookies, and third-party services

We may use first-party analytics and services such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console to understand visits, referrals, device information, and site performance. Those providers may set cookies or receive technical information under their own privacy policies. Browser settings and privacy tools can limit cookies, although essential account and security features may not work correctly without them.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate business and security records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements. Retention varies by the type of information and why it was collected. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to appeal a decision. You may also update eligible account and listing information through your dashboard and unsubscribe from promotional email using the message instructions.

To make a privacy request, email info@findivclinics.com or use our contact form. Select the most relevant topic and include enough information for us to identify the account or record. We may verify your identity or authority before acting. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Listing corrections and removals

A business owner, authorized representative, or affected individual may request that we correct, update, or remove inaccurate listing information. Use the correction form and include the listing URL, the requested change, and your relationship to the business. We may ask for reasonable verification to prevent unauthorized changes. We review good-faith requests and may preserve limited records where necessary for security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

Sensitive and medical information

Find IV Clinics is a directory, not a healthcare provider. Do not send medical records, payment-card details, government identification numbers, passwords, or other highly sensitive information through public enquiry or contact forms. Clinic communications may be governed by the clinic's own privacy practices. Find IV Clinics is not responsible for how an independent clinic handles information after receiving an enquiry.

Children's privacy

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

International use

Our directory primarily serves the United States. Information may be processed in countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws from your location.

External sites

Listings and content may link to clinic websites, scheduling systems, social networks, maps, and other third-party services. Their privacy practices apply to information you provide directly to them, and we do not control those services.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the site or account email where appropriate.
